Send us anything you have — a photo, a sketch, a description, a reference image. WhatsApp is easiest for sharing visuals quickly.

We Prepare a Mockup

Our team creates a digital mockup showing how your design will look on the actual product — usually within 4–8 hours.

Revise Until Perfect

We do up to 3 rounds of revisions until you're completely happy. Most customers approve on the first or second attempt.

Confirm & Produce

Once you approve the mockup, we proceed to production. The approved proof is your guarantee of what you'll receive.

Design FAQs

What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD and SVG files. For best results, provide vector files (AI, SVG, PDF) or high-resolution PNGs at 300 DPI or above. Don't worry if you only have a low-res image — we can often upscale or redraw simple logos.
I only have a phone photo of my logo — can you work with that?
Yes, for simple logos and text we can often recreate the design in vector format. Complex, detailed illustrations may require a redraw fee. We'll always tell you upfront if additional charges apply.
How long does the design process take?
Initial mockups are usually ready within 4–8 business hours. Revisions are turned around within 2–4 hours. The whole design process typically takes 1–2 business days before we go to production.
Can I use a celebrity image or brand logo in my design?
No. We cannot print designs that use copyrighted brand logos, trademarked imagery, or images of identifiable public figures without authorisation. We'll flag this during the design consultation and suggest compliant alternatives.
