Standard Delivery

5–7 business days after production. Available across all serviceable pin codes in India. Free on orders above ₹999.

Express Delivery

2–3 business days after production. Available in select cities. Additional charges apply — contact us to confirm availability for your pin code.

Store Pickup

Pick up directly from our studio in Margao, Goa. Ready within the standard production timeline. No additional charges.

Order Timeline

From Order to Your Door

All our products are made-to-order. The timeline below covers the full journey from your purchase to delivery.

Order Confirmation — Day 0

You receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp with your order details and estimated delivery date.

Production — Days 1–3

Your design is printed, quality-checked, and prepared for packing. Custom items require 1–3 business days in production.

Dispatch — Day 3–4

Your order is packed, handed to our courier partner, and a tracking number is sent to you.

04

Delivery — Days 5–7

Standard delivery across India. Remote pin codes may take 8–10 business days. You'll receive live tracking updates.

Note on COD: Cash on Delivery is not available for custom-printed products as all orders are made to order. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

Because all Xeflux products are custom-printed to your design, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind orders. However, we take quality seriously and will always resolve genuine issues.

We will replace or refund if:

  • The print is defective or incorrect
  • Wrong product or size was shipped
  • The product arrives damaged
  • Significant colour deviation from the approved proof

Not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind after production
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Design approved by customer with visible error
How to raise a return request:

1. WhatsApp us at +91 88880 83866 within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share your order number and photos of the issue.

3. We'll review and respond within 1 business day with a resolution — replacement, credit or refund.

Delivery Questions

How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us directly with your order number for a status update.
Do you deliver to all states in India?
We deliver to all major states and most pin codes across India. Certain remote areas may have extended delivery timelines. Contact us to confirm delivery to your location.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the parcel is held at the nearest hub for up to 7 days before being returned to us. Contact us to rearrange delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are possible if the order hasn't been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, address changes are at the courier's discretion and may incur additional charges.
