These Terms govern your use of xeflux.com and any order you place with Xeflux Creative Studios (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U47912GA2023OPC016322), registered at FL No. B-2, Near Loyola H. School, Margao, Salcete, South Goa — 403601 ("Xeflux", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Xeflux is a custom printing studio in Margao, Goa. We print designs supplied by you (or chosen from our catalogue) onto t-shirts, mugs, and other products using DTF and sublimation printing.

2. Placing an order

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or a confirmed COD order) and, where applicable, your approval of the design proof we send you. Prices shown include applicable GST; delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. We record your consent through an explicit action at checkout — we never use pre-ticked boxes.

3. Your artwork & your responsibility

When you upload or supply a design, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to that design, or have permission to use it. You must not upload copyrighted logos, characters, or artwork you don't have the right to print (for example, trademarked brands or licensed characters).
• You are responsible for the content, spelling, and quality of the files you supply. We print what you approve; we can't be responsible for typos or low-resolution images in your own artwork.
• You indemnify Xeflux against any claim arising from artwork you supplied that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel any order containing unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available.
• We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong, we'll contact you before printing and offer a refund or the corrected price.

5. Printing, colour & product variation

Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and natural products (like fabric) can have minor variations. This is normal for custom printing and is not a defect. We aim to match your approved proof as closely as the process allows.

6. Delivery

We dispatch most orders within the timeline shown at checkout (typically within 3 working days) and ship across India through third-party couriers. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. See our Delivery Information for details.

7. Returns & refunds

Custom items can't be returned for change of mind, but you're always covered if an item is damaged, defective, or wrong. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Fair use & chargebacks

We're committed to resolving genuine problems quickly. If you have an issue, please contact us first — most problems are sorted within a day. Raising a payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, or making a false claim about a delivered order, is treated as an unfair practice and may be contested with evidence (including proof of delivery and your approved design proof).

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Margao, Goa.
