Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests:

  1. Eligibility for Cancellation:
  • Cancellations are only considered if requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.
  • the product should be returned with in 7 working days after order has been delivered to customer if defect found
  1. Non-Cancellable Items:
  • Perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., are not eligible for cancellation requests.
  • Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer proves the product quality is not satisfactory.

Reporting Issues:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
  • The request will be entertained after the merchant has verified the issue.
  1. Product Not as Expected:
  • If the product received does not match the site description or customer expectations, report this to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
  • The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and make a decision.
  1. Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty:
  • Complaints regarding products with a manufacturer’s warranty should be directed to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

  • If a refund is approved by Fluxcart E-commerce OPC Pvt Limited, it will be processed within 6-8 days to the end customer.
