Cancellation Requests:
- Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Cancellations are only considered if requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.
- the product should be returned with in 7 working days after order has been delivered to customer if defect found
- Non-Cancellable Items:
- Perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., are not eligible for cancellation requests.
- Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer proves the product quality is not satisfactory.
Reporting Issues:
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
- The request will be entertained after the merchant has verified the issue.
- Product Not as Expected:
- If the product received does not match the site description or customer expectations, report this to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
- The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and make a decision.
- Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty:
- Complaints regarding products with a manufacturer’s warranty should be directed to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
- If a refund is approved by Fluxcart E-commerce OPC Pvt Limited, it will be processed within 6-8 days to the end customer.
